Iyengar Yoga is the best thing ever for pregnant women (and others!). During my pregnancy, I was searching for relaxing activities but also for strengthening ones. By chance, I discovered Himayoga. I dived into the experience of Yoga, and I took classes until a few days before the delivery. I had never practiced Yoga before, and it wasn’t a problem at all. During each class, I would feel my body making progress and getting more and more flexible. Yoga is really the best way to feel lighter and more flexible during pregnancy, and it also helps to share this special time with the baby more deeply. We can feel so relaxed and in tune with what’s happening. I don’t know if it helped, but my son is both, serene and energetic, and it was fun to share with him those moments!
